These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and any Range Rules or Waiver of Liability you sign in person.
1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
- Age Verification. By ordering a knife or other age-restricted item, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
- Compliance With Law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all local, state, and federal laws related to the purchase, possession, and use of knives, tools, and range equipment.
- Prohibited Use. You may not use any product, service, or the Site for unlawful purposes.
2. Accounts
- Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date contact and billing information.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, unsafe, or abusive behavior.
3. Products, Classes & Memberships
We sell and provide:
- Knives and accessories (including folding, fixed, automatic, and OTF blades).
- Firearm training and classes.
- Range memberships and passes (Silver Shooter, Silver, Gold, Platinum Plus, Law Enforcement, etc.).
- Special events and promotions.
All descriptions and pricing are subject to correction or change at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
- Order Acceptance. Your order is an offer; we may accept or reject it for any lawful reason (e.g., availability, age verification, or restrictions).
- Payment. You authorize us to charge your selected method for all applicable amounts, including tax and shipping.
- Sales Tax. Collected as required by law.
- Errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and cancel orders affected by them.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Title
- Nationwide Shipping. We ship all blade types—including fixed-blades, folders, automatics, and OTF knives—nationwide from Pennsylvania, using compliant carriers.
- Customer Responsibility. You confirm that any knife ordered is legal for you to receive and possess. Under the Federal Switchblade Knife Act, certain automatics cannot be shipped by USPS; we use alternate carriers when necessary.
- Risk of Loss. Title and risk transfer to you upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments after delivery scan.
- Delivery Times. Posted times are estimates only. Delays may occur.
- Refused Shipments. Returned or undeliverable packages may incur restocking or reship fees.
6. Returns & Refund Policy
- 30-Day Return Window. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are untouched, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- Return Shipping. Customer pays return shipping costs.
- Exclusions. Used, customized, or clearance items may be final sale.
- Refund Processing. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
- Classes & Training. Cancellations must be made within the posted window (typically 48 hours) to qualify for a refund. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
- Memberships. Membership purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.
7. Classes, Training & Range Use
- Assumption of Risk: Firearm use involves inherent risk. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or damage when using our range or training services.
- Safety Rules: All posted and verbal range rules must be followed. Unsafe or reckless behavior will result in removal without refund.
- Waiver Required: A signed Range Waiver / Liability Release is required before any participation.
- Instructor Authority: Our instructors may terminate any session or deny participation at their discretion for safety reasons.
8. Membership Terms
- Duration & Activation. Each membership is valid for one year (unless otherwise noted). After online purchase, you must visit the shop with your emailed receipt to activate your membership and receive your card.
- Benefits. Benefits are detailed on the Site
- Silver Shooter $125: 10 hours of handgun shooting.
- Silver $200: Unlimited handgun use for one year; 10% off accessories; $8 guest fee; $5 long-gun surcharge per visit.
- Gold $275: Unlimited handgun, rifle, shotgun range time; 10% off accessories; $10 guest fee; free machine gun rental on your birthday.
- Platinum Plus $500: Unlimited range use; free rentals; 1 free guest per visit; 10 free cleanings; 10% off training and accessories.
- Law Enforcement $165: For current municipal, county, state or federal law enforcement and active-duty military pistol shooters (with proper ID). Unlimited handgun range time for one year and 10% off accessories.
- Family Plans. Add a family plan in-store for $75 with receipt of purchase.
- Rules Apply. All members must follow posted rules. Unsafe conduct may result in suspension without refund.
- Non-Refundable. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable after activation unless required by law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate any law;
- Use the Site to engage in unlawful sales or solicitation;
- Interfere with security features or servers;
- Post or transmit malicious code;
- Misuse promotions, coupons, or memberships.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content—text, images, graphics, videos, and software—is owned by or licensed to Clayton’s Range. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site, all products, and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Clayton’s Range, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of law, or your misuse of products or services.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal action shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
