1. General Rule – 30 Days

You may return most new, unused items purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Untouched / Unaltered: Item must be unused, unmodified, and not carried, sharpened, fired, worn, or otherwise put into service.
  • Original packaging: Item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and inserts.
  • Resellable condition: Item must be in the same condition you received it. Items showing wear, damage, abuse, or obvious use may be refused or subject to a restocking charge.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, legal, and hygiene reasons, the following are generally not returnable:

  • Used, carried, or altered knives and tools
  • Custom, special-order, or clearance/closeout items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Training, classes, or events you did not attend (see Section 8)
  • Memberships once activated in-store

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at claytonsrange@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the address we provide, including your original order/receipt inside the package.

6. Inspections & Refund Processing

All returned items are inspected when they arrive.

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
  • If the item is not approved (used, damaged, missing parts, altered, or outside the 30-day window), we may return it to you at your expense or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged in shipping, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at claytonsrange@gmail.com or call 215-672-6060. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise correct the issue. Please keep all packaging and take photos of the damage.

8. Classes, Training & Range Services

Classes, private instruction, and range services are reserved times. Because we schedule staff and lanes:

  • Cancellations made within the posted window (typically 48 hours before the event/class) may be refunded or rebooked.
  • No-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made after the cutoff time are generally non-refundable.

9. Memberships

Memberships purchased online (Silver Shooter, Silver, Gold, Platinum Plus, Law Enforcement, and family add-ons) must be picked up in-shop with your emailed receipt. Once a membership is activated in-store, it is non-refundable and non-transferable for the selected term, except where required by law or as stated in the specific membership description.

10. Legal Compliance (Knives & Restricted Items)

It is your responsibility to ensure that any knife or tool you order from us is legal to possess and receive in your city, county, and state. If an order is returned to us because it is unlawful to deliver to your location, we may deduct shipping and/or restocking fees from your refund.

11. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges because inventory changes quickly. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase once the refund is processed.
