The Benchmade SOCP Fixed Blade | Desert Tan G10 | 185BK-1 is a high-performance fixed blade knife specifically designed for tactical and survival situations. This robust tool features a substantial 7.111-inch (18.06cm) Dagger style blade, providing a strong tip and effective dual edges (typically one sharpened, one swedged or partially sharpened on tactical daggers). The blade is crafted from CPM-3V Tool Steel, a premium steel known for its exceptional toughness and impact resistance, heat-treated to a hardness of 60-62 HRC for excellent edge retention. A durable Cobalt Black Cerakote® finish is applied to the blade, offering superior corrosion resistance and a low-visibility appearance. The handle is constructed from Desert Tan G10, a durable and textured material that ensures a secure grip in various conditions. The handle design includes a lanyard hole for additional retention options. With an overall length of 11.736 inches (29.81cm) and a knife-only weight of 5.78 ounces (163.86g), the SOCP Fixed Blade is built for demanding use. It is designed for ambidextrous handling and is MOLLE compatible. It comes with a Tan PIM sheath, weighing 2.56 ounces (72.57g), which includes a Black clip with a Black Oxide finish for secure attachment to gear.
