The Microtech Combat Troodon is a substantial out-the-front automatic knife, widely favored by military, law enforcement, and first responders. Its considerable size makes it capable in demanding situations, yet its profile remains slender enough for convenient daily carry. Named after a swift dinosaur, this knife is engineered for rapid deployment. This particular Combat Troodon is a special edition featuring a striking Storm Trooper theme, showcasing a white cerakote finish on both the chassis and the blade, accented by contrasting black hardware. The wide spear point blade is double ground and honed to a sharp edge on both sides. The white coated blade includes satin flats and a black fuller groove, contributing to its distinctive appearance. Crafted from Elmax stainless steel, the blade offers excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The reliable dual-action automatic mechanism is easily engaged via the side thumb slide for quick opening and closing.
